Hope this isn't old rehash, but anyone know anything about this one? Got these out of a muscle car group on Facebook

Old tires.   Definitely been sitting a while.   What FB page was it on?

Yeap, I know about that car. I haven't seen it personally, only the pictures I've been sent giving me updates on what the owner's doing to it. He's in the process of accessing the rear window plug area now. Not really all that bad........ It is being tinkered with here in the Houston area. I know the gent who bought it. It was with the yellow Bird that was in much better shape......

These pics were taken while John Fardone had it in Ocean City, MD during the Fall Endless Summer Cruisin' weekend. He was up North with the car, I was all the way at the South end with mine. Didn't even know he was in town until we met up at the Pumpkin Run in NJ a month later.

'70s Street Machines - It is a good group that only lets cars get posted if they have the '70's paint or wheels on the cars. Or if they are hot rodded cars you would of seen in the 70's. Nothing built after 1979 is allowed.

Doug Schellinger's old Daytona photos are regular in there   , as well as a lot of old photos of Daytona's & Superbird's.  :yesnod:

For being stored inside all those years, I'm surprised the top is that dry. Maybe it was falling apart prior to storage.

So what's the rest of the story on these? Did the previous owner pass away & the kids sold them?

The Aquamax...yes, this bike spent 2 nights underwater one weekend. (Not my doing), but it gained the name, and has since become pseudo-famous. :)

Are these the same Superbirds? The first one pictured has Cragars and the NY State one has Keystones?
