I have been using the 976 lifters in my 440 with good results, I want to try some fast bleed lifters on a different cam, the 976R has the oil grove higher up than the 2011R. From memory the 976 lifters I am using cleared the oil gallery by around .200" lobe lift. The 2011 lifters would not clear the oil gallery at all. Any thoughts on advantages/disadvantages on this.
