1971 Charger power window relay???

Did all 1971 Charger R/T's get wired for power windows? My car did not come with power windows, per the broadcast sheet, but I have wiring and a power window relay connected to my fuse block.  :shruggy:

Interesting Nate, my 73 has power windows and shows the relay is supposed to be there but it is not.
Yet the power windows work...  :shruggy:
My 73 is an SE so the quarter windows don't move, however the wiring in the door has empty plugs for the rear window gang switch which are not used. 
Took me a while to realize that when we were putting thing together, I couldn't figure out what they connected to.  The answer is: nothing, they just hang there.
So my answer to you would be I guess so.  :yesnod:
