Was a Dana 60 available in '68?

Hi guys!

Could you tell me if a dana 60 was available in 1968,built date January 16th, and what would be the fende code for it?

440 & 426 4 speed the dana was the only rear available  .

Also they were all 3.54 ratio. 4.10 was not available until 1969.

I believe the code in 68 for the dana rear was 406
