I have a 26 inch radiator, not the stock one but close and I bought the shroud at Mancini
http://www.manciniracing.com/moreracofans.html

When I went to go mount it yesterday it is wider than the radiator by about an inch and the holes do not line up, not even close.

Thoughts?

I will look today, I do not know if it has one. I bought it as a replacement in 1998. I had it cleaned and checked in the spring though.

That shroud is for the 68-69 style mounting. I bet the 26" replacement you bought takes the 70-71 style shroud which mounts with 4 small fine thread bolts and would be about an inch narrower on each side.

Pic of radiator..

That radiator takes the 70-71 style shroud. Like this one. Hopefully you can return the one you bought and exchange it for the 70-71 style.

Well it's from Mancini so I should be able to

Thanks for the info, huge help!

Wow, I just got done installing my 26 inch shroud to my original radiator and it fit fine,   guess your radiator is different than mine.  I was actually happy with how it fit on so far.

You will need the clips and screws to mount it properly....

lol
Thanks for link, nothing drives me more crazy than hunting for nuts and bolts for this damn car.
I can't imagine why a car would be engineered with 3000 different and distinct fastners.  You would think it would be cheaper just to use a few different ones for everything.
