I'm looking into the ati streetmaster phase 4 converter for my 727 (729340)

Anyone use this 10" in their ride?

the 512 should be around 500+ HP and 600 TQ when done. I am currently running 3.91 with 26in tires but I may swap out to 3.55

Not pleased with ati's qc lately. Lots of failures. We lost 2 converters in a row brand new out of the box, 1st pass each, back to back failures costi g us the race and a lost weekend.

Both sent back under warrenty and eventually sent back. Needless to say they have not been unpackaged and are sitting in the garage. I suspected sprag failures on both.


Just looked at the price sheet. If you are going to spend 60p bucks on a street converter, then consider calling ed allessi of select converters. Great product, family owned and operated. His converter is in the arrow now and performs flawless and consistant.
