Better yet, get the delorean, go back in time a few years (2003) to the DCX - strangle their entire design team and make it look like a mass suicde. Before you walk out the door, leave a photo of the concept Challenger on the "NEW 2006 Charger" drawing board.

HAHAHA There you go!  ;D

Hey, if the DeLorean was a car you've always wanted, then better to have had both than only one.  It may not have been my choice but it was probably the right choice.  Live your life and enjoy the ride.  Congratulations.

Any of you other 40ish guys have a regrettable car decision in your past? I know I can think of several. But here we are on this site, so you can relive the past even after the regretable decisions. So I guess what I'm trying to say is enjoy the stainless car, and buy another Mopar when the urge hits you. ;)

DeLoreans are cool, but I wouldn't trade a Charger for one.

Ironically, the local teenagers who all thought they could buy your '69 Charger for $1500 will probably think the DeLorean is much faster & more expensive.

Well, good luck with the DMC, whatever you do!
Do I see an all-out BTTF clone in the works?

Look at it this way...there is a new charger owner out there jumpin for joy!! One man's loss is another man's gain!!

at least he found what he wanted.

I like the Deloreans myself, the color, the
texture, they're just really cool looking cars.

First off, congrats on your new car...

I have driven a few Deloreon's and actually just sold one for a friend of mine last year. My main problem with them is build quality and performance - the Renault 6 engine in there puts out a power punching 137hp/157lbs.tq. so whatever you do, don't race any Chargers, of any year.

Also watch for certain issue, fuel sending units, power windows relays and leaky suspension boots. They make a turbo kit for the Renault 6 and also a kit to install the Northstar V8 in there.

I've thought about dumping my GN for a Delorean, but haven't found one nearby to test drive.  When I was a kid I wanted a VW Bug until I drove one!

Well, sometimes they say that your possesions can end up owning you, so , at least you know you could let go of the Charger, which I say I am almost obsessed with keeping mine for now.
Right now I would say that I would only sell it if I got another one I liked better first, like if I won the lotto that would happen.

Why would you want anything else?  Just give me a Charger and I'll be happy.

Back to the Future.      As in, in the future you will most likely be back to owning a Charger.

I like DeLoreans.  Maybe I should start saving up for one so I can own a Charger AND a DeLorean.

Before I put it on ebay, I'll give you first dibbs on this. As you know, this part is very rare......and it's in excellent condition.   :D :nana: :D

Those were made out of a Braun coffee bean grinder.  If you can find one of those grinders it's worth big money.   Kitt, what year is your Delorean?  Do you have the fuel flap in the boot?
