Factory Rocker Arm Spacers

Anyone know where to get Mopar part number 1737 756 rocker arm spacers? They look like they're about 3/16" thick, so the Mopar Performance P3690896 spacers, which are only 1/64" might not be a good choice even when stacked. Harland Sharp has a number of different sizes, but they're all too wide or too narrow, or aluminum.
