Crank pulley runout?

I'm looking for a spec for the crank pulley tolerance.  I put my dial indicator on it and it was .029" between the 1st and 2nd groove.  I've had a belt squealing issue - not the belt.  Anyone know of the tolerance?  I'm thinking it's too much.  I do not see anything in my 69 FSM. :icon_smile_question:
