Its my understanding that through 69 they are all the same and 70 and up the left side is different but the right is still the same. Is this correct ? Thanks.

I thought they were all different...the angle and position of the header flange is the issue from what I heard

My understanding from what I have read and pictures I have looked at is the following.

67 HP manifold left side is unique.
67-69 HP manifold right is the same.
68-70 HP manifold left is the same.
70 HP manifold right is unique.

71 on up I'm not sure about.

Just the info I needed, how to you tell what manifolds you have?  Cast #s?  I got mine off Craigslist.

So if I want to put HP manifolds on my '71 440 engine that's in the '69, do I need to find manifolds specific for '71?
Extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence.

No only the flange for the pipes are different.

Lovely, I have a 70-71  2899879 on the right and a 73-74 3751068 on the left. That's what buying on Craigslist will get you...

myk

Oh that sucks.  Well as long as the system works?

You will just have to have someone bend up your head pipes.
