What was the spare tire wheel size that the factory supplied in 68-70 Chargers?

14X6 Standard Steel Wheels, sometime's white walls, sometime's redlines depending on you car.
15x6 or 7in with Hemi cars.

Thanks 8WHEELER.  That explains why the 15x8 I have won't squeeze into place in the trunk.
What was the tire size on the 15x6 & 15x7?

It would have been an F70-15

I have an F70-14 redline for shows and a 235/60/15 for everyday use...

I've got a 235-70-15 on a 15x7 wheel squeezed in my trunk. Actually had to air it down a couple of pounds to get it in there.

I'm about to jettison that sucker in favor of a compact spare out of a jeep cherokee (TD155-90-16) in an effort to shed a few pounds and free up some space.

Don't ask me where I'll put my 275-50-17 if it ever goes flat.
