Hell, if they would have talked to a guy I went to boot camp with, they would also have found a sunken german U boat in san diego bay

They need to remember that the Navy claims ownership on all wrecks, no matter how old.   (Unlike the Air Force)  But then I am sure the San Diego Aerospace Museum knows that......
