According to national news this morning.  Driver of minivan was a woman who had her kid(s) in the van.  Driver of Challenger had stolen it and was trying to evade police.

The owner of the challenger spoke out today.  He just got this car and then got jacked.  The thief had a handgun in the car.  The mother lost a child due to health issues in the past and she said today no one puts my children's lives at risk.  Video shows clearly she does not, hat is off to her!
