Can someone help me find an answer to this question? What is the factory part number to the 1968 Music Master AM Radio fender tag code R1 and broadcast code 421. I would be greatly appreciative.

part numbers do not match part numbers from the PARTS CATALOGS, but

'68 CHARGER:
421 = DODGE MUSIC MASTER AM 2-1/2 watt = MODEL 252 Bendix #2884062
422 = DODGE ASTROPHONIC AM 5 watt = MODEL 389 Motorola #2884064

'68 CORONET:
421 = DODGE AM 2-1/2 watt = MODEL 252 Bendix #2884062

'68 BELVEDERE:
421 PLYMOUTH AM 2-1/2 watt = MODEL 251 #2884063

1969 all B-body R11 = CHRYSLER AM 2-1/2 watt =  MODEL 251 #2884635

I think this is correct, but it doesn't explain these pics unless someone is swapping labels or other parts.   MODEL 251 face should say "Plymouth" for '68 (3497 = 12/15/67) & "Chrysler" for '69.
