   first picture  , rear exhaust tail pipe tip , hanger bracket / bumper guard lower mounting bracket , thingy

second picture , never had anything like that on mine  :scratchchin: :shruggy:

my guess for the mystery part is steering. :scratchchin: maybe a steering box bracket or something.

I dont think the round piece with three bolt holes is a Charger part.
