Where did you see the chargers on that list? I only saw the 300's? I wonder if my '07rt is on it?

They even found chewing gum.

Takata says that rust, bad welds, and even chewing gum dropped into at least one inflator are also at fault.

He probably assumes that since the 300, Magnum & Chargers are all LX platform cars that they would use the same airbag. If it is true my '05 Magnum is also included. My wife's '02 CR-V is definitely on the list.

This year, it seems as if every other week there is a recall......perhaps one of the first questions a buyer should be asking the salesman should be..."Is this car on a recall list?"

I saw a news program last week that showed an 06 Charger as one of the first accidents with shrapnel included in the exploding airbag.  It tore into the driver's leg doing some serious damage but it could have been a lot worse if it had gone up into his face or torso rather than into a leg.

Well piss....I drive an 07 Ram and the wife has an 03 CRV. Who would have thought I'd have TWO vehicles with faulty air bags...?

If I'm reading it right my dad has 3 of his four vehicles include. 05 300c.... 03 ram 1500...07 magnum.... The only car he has not affect I believe is his 68 Charger .
