How to remove clear coat overspray from Crager rims

 :flame: Got clear coat overspray on rims. Was told to use brake clean. Is there something that works faster? If so help!!!!!!!

Chrome rims?  Try acetone, if that fails try lacquer thinner.  Try not to use any abrasives if you can help it.

Agreed.... I'd use Mothers clay bar, nice and gentle and should be OK if the over spray is fairly minor and recent....

If nothing else fine grade steel wool will take it off. Still- that would be a last resort.
