I have got these parts for the Power to manual brakes conversion:

-Mopar performance aluminium MC
-Mopar performance 4 to 2 bolts conversion plate
-68-70 B-body firewall plate for manual brakes
-68-70 B- body push rod for manual brakes
-The little gromet mounted in the push rod
-The pushrod dust shield

Have i all or would i need any other part?
I think another grommet  is necessary for this conversion but not sure...

Thanks a lot for the help.

you may need a slightly longer pushrod to make up for the distance of the adapter plate , I can`t think of anything else you need unless the fittings into the master are a different size

It seems that adjustable pushrod is for aplications were the MC needs to be offset, for example with Hemi engines or big valve covers.
Even the Mopar performance pushrod is too long for usual aplicattions and needs to be trimmed to fit(cutting threads).

Finally Today i have finished my Power to manual brake conversion. The stock pushrod does fit fine, and does not seem to be short.

I have checked the car at low speed around here ,and it does stop, but i,m not able to determine if it stops fine,at least for the moment.
Pedal is hard and you should to step hard on it. It does brake, but i,m not sure if it will arrive to lock the wheels in any moment.
I have meassured the pressure with a brake-gauge threaded in the bleeder hole, and the pressure arrives to almost 1500 PSI ,pulling with one food.
(I only was able to get 500 PSI pulling with my two feed when i had that bad-working booster ).

Not very happy with the pedal high position,it is not very desireable, but at least the car has brakes now.

you can drop the pedal by cutting the pushrod shorter just make sure the pushrod is either locked into the back of the master or the light switch is adjusted so the rod cannot fall out of the master

What bore diameter is your master cylinder? In my opinion, anything over 15/16th's is a reduction in manual braking ability/safety. Also, an adjustable pushrod would be a plus, but I have always cut and welded pushrods to place the pedal at a preferred position.

The master cilinder is the one from Mopar Performance  1 1/32" bore .
I have the Viper caliper & 11.75" police rotors set, from ARE Enginnering. They suggest this master cilinder size and model  for  this apliccation.
They also suggest to use manual brakes.
