I would buy a four row radiator.

US Radiator(http://www.usradiator.com/), or you can go all out and buy one from Glenn Ray (http://www.restorationradiators.com/).

There's some debate on whether 4-row cores increase cooling or merely equal out due to restricted airflow.  :shruggy:

True, but my four row 22" rad sure cools better than the three row 26" rad the previous owner shoe horn in.

like John said - you need air flow with more rows. IMHO you need a radiator with the maximum amount of tubes, this means you need to take into account the tube spacing tube size and row count. The more surface area the better - 26" is better than 22". I think 1.5" tubes are available in aluminium radiators. A 26" aluminium radiator with 2 rows of 1.5" tubes on 3/8 or 5/16 spacing would probably work well, albeit expensive. I would combine this with a good shroud and a heavy duty mopar fan clutch and fan (check for required spacing). I also would - if needed put a large or twin pusher fans in the front to help with cooling in slow moving traffic. With the conditions you are driving in you may want to talk to a manufacturer about a custom radiator.

Okay so you are suggest to use 2 row what about the fan ? I dont know about the spacing becouse  i pull the engine off .

I'm suggesting that you fit the biggest radiator that you can. Your choices will be limited by the room you have available, that statement is also true for fan selection. A little hard to gauge the distance between the radiator panel and the water pump pulley with the engine out of the car. A radiator with 2 cores of 1.5" tubes is obviously going to be around 3 1/4" thick and you may not be able to use a clutch fan. Regardless of room you need to get a great radiator, the fan selection will be determend by room available. That may mean that you need to go electric or run a fixed fan. From my research 2 rows of 1.5 tube is better than 3 rows of 1" tube even though the total size is the same. Contact a reputable radiator manufacturer and get there opinion. I think it best to go overkill from the start than fit something marginal and find it aint makin the grade. If you need to use an electric fan make sure its a good one. The factory fixed fan and shroud works well albeit a power robbing device.

my 2 row aluminum radiator with 1" wide tubes holds more water than most 3 or 4 row radiators of equal size....most 3 or 4 tube radiators have very small tubes for water

You have to have both the engine and radiator in place to determine what fan will fit. For a 26" radiator the Mercedes electric fan is popular but it needa lots of amps and a special controller to operate it.

IMO, buy a direct fit rad. Install stock type shroud and clutch fan. Bypass all the future posts askib why it's still overheating....

Okay ,but it will fit on 2 Row right ?  What about fans in the front ? do you have parts number ?

I was having major cooling issues and upgraded to a 95 Ford Taurus fan.  Pushes ridiculous amounts of air.  I put a variable speed controller on it to keep the amp draw down.  It runs hard in these hot Texas summers and have never had any issues.  Oh yeah, and you set the temp to when you want the fan to come on.
