I'm going to replace my rear window on my 69 and was wondering if there is a gasket or weatherstip seal that goes under the glass or just black glue? thanks

Dino

No gasket or seals, it's glued in place.
Extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence.

It's installed with 5/16 round butyl tape, should be available at your local parts store. I know the 3M brand also comes with the 2 rubber blocks the glass sits on.

agree with the 5/16 butyl tape, you can get square butyl but its harder to find.  I used a 3M kit from parts store.
