Based on the condition as seen in the pictures, I'd have to agree with 1974dodgecharger.  Go get it, then figure out your plans, worse comes to worst, sell it for what you got it for...

It IS a Very nice car, except for 69 Grille, just looks weird on a 68 in my opinion
