Anyone know how much a front bumper with bumperettes off a 69 charger weighs?

Not that much.  Probably not over 20lbs.  It's a relatively small item, as big 'ole chrome car bumpers go. 

The bumper brackets (everything between the chrome bumper and the unibody) would add quite a bit more weight.

AMD is showing shipping weight on a front bumper as 21lbs.
All depends how it's packaged, also. If you remove the front bumperettes the box will be smaller (less expensive). Leave them on & the box is bigger (more expensive).
The type of packaging material can also make a difference on shipping weight as well. Add on the brackets figure at least another 15-18lbs.
