Just found an old friends car on CL

Stumbled across this ad on CL, I know it's an old friend's car. I remember when he put the dent on driver's side front (I wasn't with him, but remember how it happened). He was killed in a car accident 12-13 years ago. IIRC he sold it shortly before he died. I would love to have it (always wanted a 67-69 Barracuda anyways), but being in the middle of the 68 Charger project, I don't really need it (nor can really afford it right now anyways). But it was cool to stumble on it, I'm gonna save the pics.

Any of you guys ever stumble on old cars, whether its yours or a friends, just a car that has some kind of memory with you on CL, ebay, etc. Whats your story?

Yeah, I haven't confirmed this Barracuda, but I know it's his. From the "Barney" purple paint color, 273 engine, and the damage on the left front (he had an accident one night when it was raining) I know this is the car. I would love to go look at it, but like I said I couldn't buy it right now anyways. So why waste the sellers time, and torture myself? Lol.
