Any mechanics in the Surprise AZ area that can adjust a carb on a 73' Charger?

OK,
   So I just relocated to AZ & I am having trouble with the emissions test. They tell me that it is running to rich & that the carb may only need adjusted.

I am very bad at adjusting carbs. I need this thing to pass AZ test so I can get plates.

I just had a new Edelbrock 600 & a complete tune up before I relocated. Back in Ohio we did not have to emissions check a 73'.

Is there any mechanics in the Surprise AZ area that anyone knows of that can adjust a carb? I do not want to take her to a chain shop .

I have to drive her until I find employment here then I can get a commuter vehicle.

She has done great in the heat here in AZ and the A/C works.

dang emissions test on a 73? That's harsh.
Do they test it only at idle or?

Couple things that will help drive it around before taking it in, make sure it is warmed up completely.
You could turn the mixture screws in to lean it out at idle a bit.
Timing will have an effect on these readings as well. May need to back it off a little.

Our visual emissions actually goes all the way back to 1966.
PCV, vacuum advance, etc.
