Carb needle and seats - replacement

Rebuilt my 4640sa last year and the kit I had came with new needles and seats for both floats. However, they were not the correct ones for the carb and actually wouldn't fit so I had to reuse the old. They didn't look "bad" or in need of replacement. Of course I have never seen ones that have needed replacement so WTFDIK? 

Fast forward to now and Quadrajetparts.com supplies both the needle and seat.

Larger diameter inlet allow more fuel flow for high performance applications. Viton tipped needle, compatible with new alcohol enhanced fuels.

Should I bother to pick them up and replace them in the carb. I have to order a few parts from them anyhow. I don't notice any carb issues so what do you all think, replace or not?

The parts are cheap enough, but if the car runs the way you want it then the parts are just going to be laying around the garage.  If they work they work, they don't really go bad so I vote leave it alone.
