just bought a pair of new retractors for the charger from P G  classics.  when they arrived was very impressed on inspection but found one had been assembled incorrectly . sent a email to them and they asked for a couple of pics which I sent to them . a week latter a replacement arrives in the post    :2thumbs:  didn't even ask for other one back   .

what great customer service  :yesnod:

Its refreshing to hear for a change with all the horror stories out there.  Customer service is a forgotten practice at so many places anymore.
