quarter winder rollers, how do you get the old ones off?

Just finished cleaning up all of the quarter regulator parts, and am about to rebuild everything using the new roller kit I got. Anyone ever change these before? how the heck do the old ones come off? specifically the one with the spring and the two tiny rollers? Before I monkey on it I want to know if there is a trick for this.
