wow video games come a long way then....I learned today that some guys that play Gran Tourismo that drive the nissan GTR claim they actually drove the GTR in real life they dont distinguish the difference.  They compare what they did online and act like they own the car likes its in their garage....thats how real its got in detail wow.

My nephew has one of those but I can't remember which one. San Andreas or something like that. Only game I've ever played that had me cussing like a sailor in less than 5 minutes.  :RantExplode:

God must love stupid people; He made so many.

IMO the point of those games isn't the missions.  It's the opportunity to roam around being a menace to society for little while blowing off steam.

If you think that has impressive detail, check out Forza's detail in this video! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1oy8peVsRpg

After the beginning you can skip to 6:00 to see the inside view.  At around 7:30 you can even see the reflection of the steering wheel on the windshield..  It really is amazing how they can put this much detail into the cars and still have hundreds and hundreds of cars to chose from in these games.

I still don't understand how people brag about "owning" these cars in game though..  They need to learn the difference between reality and a game.  :slap:

Its the case in a lot of fantasy stuff though isn't it?  Look at some of the people who got carried away with the D&D personas.

DTB

Question...is this for console (PS3,etc) or the computer version?

Indygenerallee

That's a mod for the OLD GTA game for PC that came out in 2007 (Look at the date on the video posted) The newest GTA game is not available for PC yet.
Sold my Charger unfortunately....never got it finished.

I was planning on buying this game today. I wanted to wait for the computer version of gta5 but version 4 is really cheap.

Those are great, but check this out on the next gen. Xbox one, looks AWESOME!  Not sure whether or not it has wing cars.  Almost enough to get me to buy an Xbox One, being a Playstation guy.

I bought the game for my computer. My computer is a 2008 and is too old. Even with the graphics turned all the way down its to choppy to play. Guess Ill need a new computer to play.

i had to BUILD a computer to play it i spent maybe 1000$ on parts and like 300$ on a graphics card alone, unless you plan to play alot of games (like i do) don't bother   :rotz:

I love cruising around in my General Lee in San Andreas... Placing ramps and things just where you need em.. Its not as fun as driving the real thing though

Looks as if the Daytonas "fly and land" much better than the standard Chargers did......................
1970 Daytona Charger SE "clone" (440/Auto)
1967 Charger (360,6-pak/Auto)
2008 Challenger SRT8 BLK (6.1/Auto) 6050 of 6400
