cant remove Upper control arm castor rusted

trying to remove the drivers side upper control arm and those dang bolts are rusted into the bushings
passengers side came out easy? Have soaked it penetrating oil but they wont
budge? any ideas guys? I don't wont to burn them out with a torch or anything its the alignment mounts you know?
cant get a cutoff tool in there either?

Try some different penetrating oil. I've been using a product called Fluid Film (I think, have to check) that I found at Sanel's Auto. Best rust penetrating oil I have found yet. After soaking the threads for a day try using some heat. not burning them off, just heat to help expand the metals and break the rust bond.

Thanks I have the nuts off but the bolts are seized inside the bushings...I will try some other penetrating oils!

I had one side like this pry screwdriver behind encentric then a tie rod fork.Finally got it out what a work out
