68 jack?

I recently acquired a 68 parts cars and this jack was in the trunk.  Is it possible it came with the car?  I was under the impression all 2 gen chargers just had the "plate" type, not a hook.  It was made oct of 67 and is a 318 auto.  The car had been setting in a pasture since 1980 and I can't believe someone traded jacks during that time.
