A think the 1969 Charger had rectangular side marker lamps whereas the 1968 side marker lights were round.

I think it's stock wheel openings, but the wheels aren't quite in the stock locations.  Probably just a by-product of it being a design studio tool rather than a real production car.  (Maybe they used the same underpinnings to hold up the clay bucks for multiple car models, etc.)
