looks like it was taken at chrysler design studio , 68 undergoing changes for the next year model , grill changes , no mirrors

A think the 1969 Charger had rectangular side marker lamps whereas the 1968 side marker lights were round.

Seeing a '68 Charger morph into a '69 really makes one realise how much nicer the 1968 Charger really is.  :yesnod:

I think it's stock wheel openings, but the wheels aren't quite in the stock locations.  Probably just a by-product of it being a design studio tool rather than a real production car.  (Maybe they used the same underpinnings to hold up the clay bucks for multiple car models, etc.)
