68 Dodge Charger Trunk

I recently had my trunk pan replaced and car painted by a local body shop.  My question is: I did not realize until recently that they failed to cut the fuel filler neck and vent tube into new trunk. Once realized followed up with body shop and they no longer have the old floor pan.  Can anyone help with dimensions for both fuel neck and vent tube - location and size?

68 had 2 different trunks. Mine is the early one. I can template it and drop it in the mail for you if no one else responds?

First pic I measured from the edge of the flat surface.
Second pic there is a ridge/edge to the driver side of the flat area. I measured from bottom edge.
