March Pulleys and P/S pulley not lining up

My 440 in my Dart has March pulleys and the stock power steering pulley doesn't line up. I believe I have a Federal Pump that has a pressed on pulley.
How do I stop throwing my belt off and get them lined up...it's off just enough that it will stay on for a little while...prolly off by a quarter inch or so. The ps pulley needs to be pulled away from the pump to line up.
Suggestions? How do u shim it to line up?

Can you get some pics of your setup? I had a similar problem with my belts recently. Side shots showing the difference would work. Also some close up shots of the pulley assembly where it bolts to the block etc...
