I'm looking into renting a vendor space for Carlisle Chrysler 2014. There price on line reads $90.00
Is that for 3 days or per day? It does not specify.

Thanks

You should be able to find something I would think as I hear a lot of the venders said they would not be back next year do to issues with sales tax on parts.    ::)
Tomorrow is promised to NOBODY . . . .

Finding a spot is not to bad but there isno info on the website if the 90 bucks is for 1 or 3 days.

three day for a 90 dollar spot they are pretty small and you will most likely end up with one on an incline or hill as all the good ones are already reserved

They advertise 10 x 30. 90 bucks for 3 days, set up a tent, they have showers, scoure for parts, have a nice time, throw out some useless parts and have a collection point for friends. Not a bad price then.
Thanks Stuart.
You have to have a tax ID # to get a spot as a vendor I was told.  Not sure what that costs with PA.
you just have to know a friend with a body shop , car lot  , salvage yard  ??  someone with a tax ID you can use .

Tax ID# :o :o
That would kill all the guys who just want to clean out there garages or sheds to make a dime or two while cleaning out. That's ridiculous. And I live in Pa.

just make sure you do not hit the crack pipe like most everyone at Carlisle does just before entering through the gate. The prices are beyond stupid and that's if they are marked at all.

What happened with the tax i.d numbers? The state forced everyone to get a tax i.d. number and send  the sales tax to them? They made even the little guy vending to clean out his garage get one?
Do you think this will affect how many vendors will be there in the future?

I'm not the vendor type, but I wouldn't go through the headache to sell there if I was a small time guy. I can see AMD doing it etc.

Selling stuff was just a ploy in order to have a spot there and puruse the selling field and have a home base for meet and greets.

we sell very little  , have the spot to park the van  and split it 8 ways

with two spot it cost us all 22.5 each to be there for 3 days and that includes gate entry as long as your in  the van .  Sell a few parts too and help off set the cost of the trip .

For $25 why don't you just get a tent like last year.
about the same  size and not way over in the vendor section.
Unless you plan on selling stuff.
