69 Charger Registry Down - Need Light Bulb List

Did anyone save that image of the light bulb list from the 1969 Dodge Charger Registry?  I was going to buy all the light bulbs for my cluster today and I wanted to make sure I was buying the correct ones.

just a note here...do not use the 1004 bulb in the console side lights...they will burn a brown spot in the lens because bulbs are too long

Mine are burnt and I'll be replacing the lenses and bulbs soon.  Which bulbs are more appropriate?
