Who in their right mind would say

Science is just observation and hypothesis.  Policy stands in the way.........

Or maybe it protects us. 

I suppose it depends on the specific case.....

Great tires - had them before on a daily driver in 19's and loved them. I'll definitely go with them when I do 18's on my next b-body project.
