I started with 50.96" centre to centre spec for a 1968 Charger with A-833 and a Dana 60, and then subtracted the difference in the diameter between a 1350 U-Joint's cap versus a 7290s.  So I told them a length slightly shorter than 50.96", at any rate it fit good
