Annoying squeak in front suspension

Hey gang..
Ok, I rebuilt my suspension about almost two months ago. I've started to get this annoying squeak in the driver's side suspension. Anyone run across this and been able to isolate the problem? Everything's new. I made sure not to tighten the lower control arm pin until the weight of the car was on the ground. There's grease also in the rear torsion bar anchor positions and boots filled. The shocks are new too.... All bushings are OEM rubber replacements.

  Troy check the strut rod bushing...(Mine did that on the passengers side.) have someone push like in the video while your under there. Also try lubricating the sway bar isolators with plumbers lube for rubber seals, it won't hurt the rubber. You can work some in with a tooth pick or bamboo shush-kabob skewer stick.

I'm going to try and loosen the upper eccentric nuts once more and then push the car up and down, then tighten. I'll check those areas you mentioned as well...

I'll just throw this out.  My number one problem with suspension squeaks was a improperly tightened shock nut.  For the front is at the top.  Just a little difference can cause a very obnoxious noise.  Give it a try and see if it helps!!!

That would piss me off. Spray some water on the parts as some one pushes car up and down to try to find where its coming from.

have a look at the sway bar link end bushings , & strut rod bushings    ,  
also silly question i know  , but does it squeek going down the road over bumps & stuff or just when you bounce the front end by hand ?

Well, I think the problem is coming from the lower driver's side control arm. When I started disassembling the driver's side, I noticed the squeaking stop when reduced the level of torsion bar torque. So, I'm going to make sure the front of the torsion bar as a application of grease per the FSM...

Well, pulled pretty much everything out and believe, for some reason, the driver's side bushing has been compromised in one way or another. Are there any "solutions" out there? I.E bearing "bushings", "reliable poly", etc?

Lower control arm bush is it. When you instaled it you dont tighten them up with the weight off the car, suspension hanging down because you will tear the bush when car is lowered. Always tighten them when car is down and make sure the torsion bar is pushed up fully towards the front. I notice from your first post you did it the right way lets see a pic of the problem bush.

Yeap, I did all that......... The car's back together, so no picture of the bushing........ I adjusted the torsion bars too prior to tightening the lower shock bolt and lower control arm. The bushing is pushed out a little bit. I feel I need to pull them again and install new ones. My decision this time will be poly or rubber. My gut doesn't like poly...

Well, seems time and miles will cure a problem.. Took it for a long drive, probably 150-160 miles round trip.. I figured, I'm NOT going to let a squeak hinder me from driving the car even if it drives me crazy... Well, it didn't. After a while, the squeaking stopped and hasn't returned as of late.......  Soooooo, I guess I showed that squeak !!!

Me too... If the weather holds out, I'll hopefully be doing a 400 mile round trip to the MegaMopar event in Ennis Saturday...

I had a similar issue with my Charger.  I looked and looked and looked.  Drove me crazy......   After about 500 miles the new suspension seemed to break in and all is good now!
