I have the 2.7 liter charger with over 120,000 miles, and was driving down the highway when all of a sudden the engine felt like she wanted to stall. I hooked up my OBD and got P0202 and P0302 codes, So I replaced the plugs and problem still exists. Then bought a coil for the #2 cylinder and still problem. After she sits for awhile to cool off it runs fine but after 20 minutes it starts again like there is a short in the wires but I can't find any burnt wires anywhere. Does anyone have same problem or know what the heck it could be??? Many thanks.

First off I'm by no means running you off but this site is geared more towards the old classics' ('66-'74).  Unlike a large percentage of members' here I happen to like the new Charger but the Magnum suits me better with the wheelchair & all.

So I hang out @ the LX Forum as well.  Very large site that will most likely actually have a section dedicated solely to your ride.

Good luck with your issues.

Cylinder misfires can occur becasue of LOTS of reasons. YOu began with the basics now you have to figure out why it's still missing. IIRC 3o2 Code is Cyl. #2 misfire. The "202" Code is Guess what??? INJECTOR circuit. Possible casues could just be a bad injector, or ECM Driver inside. Good luck.

Did you replace #2 Cyl. Injector?
