Just curious how thick of steel is the flooring on a 68-70 charger?
Current Mopars: 2014 Ram 2500 Cummins, 1970 Dodge D100

I bought new floor pans for my 68, they say they are 18 gauge....seem to be around the same thickness as the originals.

thank you, im ordering some steel at work to make my trunk, and a guy i was talking to was thinking 22 because thats what he did on his challenger and i got told by a few others that was too thin

They started with something like 18 guage, but it looked more like 19-20 after being stretched by the stamping mold.
