Title: proper engine break in

Sorry did a search but couldnt find everything I need to know :) ....440 fresh rebuild

I read about the oil priming process, and have plenty of lube on cam and lifters etc ......but not about how to properly break in cam once running....my car wont be road worthy yet...and its winter...so driving is not a possibility till spring

at what rpm should break in be..and for how long?..........

please detail procedures thanks guys,,,
