Title: best clutch kits
Post by: dpm68 on February 25, 2011, 07:58:40 PM
Okay, this is going out on a limb, but who makes the best aftermarket clutch kits? I am about to throw one in my friend's '95 3.0 4Runner. So far, my guys have an Exedy/Daikin kit for $189, and Pep Boys has either LUK or Fenco for about $129. I have used LUK in the past with no complaints, but is an Exedy worth the jump? Thanks!

My friend who owns a transmission shop recommended Luk to me so that's what I got. I can't tell you how it performs yet but it looks good bolted to the flywheel.

Tanks Bull, I'm going to go with Luk.
