Hi everyone. Hope you all had a great (or a Grizwald dysfunctional) Christmas. Need a little help on identifying this car. This is my late father Roger in front of a car that he had cosigned for one of his brothers, but had to take over ownership soon after. Photo was taken around 1957. I got this photo mounted by my mother for Christmas. Thank you for your time.
1956 Dodge Crusader Club Sedan? :shruggy:
1955 Plymouth Savoy 2 Door Sedan?
Look at the side trim on the 4 door pic...
Better pic - 56 - I think this is pretty darn close - original pic looks like it says something other than Savoy on the quarter though.
I was thinking Savoy also, but look at the front bumper, it seems to have two pieces to it. :scratchchin: :scratchchin:

Yes I see that... :scratchchin: Maybe a step up optional model from the standard Savoy?

Great photo. Your dad was a Sharp Dressed Man. :2thumbs:
Ok Piston_Freddy, what year is that one in the field. It looks exactly like the pic. I'm pretty sure that is the car. :dancinglock: :dancinglock: :dancinglock:
1956 Dodge Crusader. Sorry for the huge pic. It was the only one I could find.

Didn't you read the second post of this topic?
Thank you all very very much for tracking down this little mystery. I will let my mother know the type of car in the pic. :2thumbs: :2thumbs: :2thumbs:
