My '93 Dakota 4x4 with a 318 (factory 230hp), automatic with sure-grip rear end, that I bought off a forum member about 3-1/2 years ago . It has the LE package and is fully loaded. Everything still works including the air (which will freeze you out). It now has 238,000 miles, no engine leaks, and only shows a little valve guide smoke when started. The tranny leaks I think from the front seal, but not to bad. I've owned 3 Ramcharger's 1 Trailduster, 4 other Dodge trucks in the past. And out of all of them, I love my Dakota the most. :yesnod:

Hey, that is a cool Ford. I like them too. :2thumbs:
Here are some of our trucks. Some of these pics are not the best but better than nothing I guess. :shruggy:
First one is our newest find. It is a retired DNR truck. '88 W350 with 360 4 barrel, 4 speed, Dana 60 front/Dana 70 rear with 4.56's, dump bed, 8.5 foot Meyer plow, and 12000lb Ramsey winch.
Second one is our 1975 W300 Adventurer Sport with a factory 440 4 speed, Dana 60 front/Dana 70 rear with 4.88's. It is a retired mini pumper Fire truck with 11,000 miles. It is setup with a fiberglass utility body and a portable generator. Sorry the pic is not the best because it had to be put in heated storage for the winter until we get the water lines drained.
1st is my 2005 Quad Cab 4 x 4 Cummins with 6 speed.
2nd is my 1976 W200 Club cab 400 automatic.
Last one is my '79 Ramcharger that I put a 400 4bbl in. Sadly it does not look nearly this nice now as Wisconsin winters have taken their toll. :'(
Awesome pic's 69 4spd.
Love the "squad 51" Truck. Looks like we have 2 of almost the same trucks. My 73 4x4 and the Trailduster.
Here's my 93 RamCharger LE.....318 FI Auto 4x4. This thing is a beast in the snow! :D :2thumbs:

ACUDA,
The old fire truck and Ramcharger are my favorites. We have not decided what to do with the firetruck yet. I may either get an aluminum flatbed and use it to tow the Charger or take the duals off and put a standard box on it. :shruggy:
BTW: You have a couple nice looking rigs too. :2thumbs: What drivetrains do they have?
69 4-spd
Both of mine are small blocks. The Trailduster is a 4 speed. I did have a 383 in the one ton plum, but went back to a small block. :yesnod:

Me too :2thumbs: and they are not getting any easier to find around here. Thats the 3rd one Ive had in the last five years or so. The last one I had was an '84 that looked like it just had came off of the show room floor. It was a 318 2x4 short bed Royal S.E two tone blue. It didnt have but 68k on it when I bought it and something like 82k on it when I sold it. Man I wish I would have kept that one.
I think the next thing on my list is an '81-'85 Ramcharger :yesnod:
Heres mine, 95 2500HD with Jasper rebuilt motor :coolgleamA:
Mine is a 2004 Ram 1500 quad cab with an 8 foot bed & the 5.7 I got in July 0f 2005 as a leftover. It rides nice with the long wheel base, but sometimes parking it is a real pain. I bought it to tow with mainly, but now it's a daily driver. Still only has less than 28,000 miles.

Anyone ever seen a 73-79 Power Wagon that has/has huge decals on the bed that kind of wrap around it and say "POWER WAGON". I can't seem to find a pic ? i don't have any pics but at one time in the late 90's i had a 66 short bed step side with 383 and a 68 sweptline 383 also, got them to tow the Charger and then got laid off and had to practically give them away to move out here
wish i still had the step side, always liked them

Ok, Back a couple pages you will see my 03 Ram diesel...........Well about a week ago a deer hit me in the side. Got that settled with the insurance and did a few changes while I was at it.
I went to the painted bumpers and grille and installed a Rumble Bee scoop....I also replaced the box of the truck, because a REALLY nice used one was cheaper than the boxside it needed. I planned on eventually painting down both sides anyway cause of dings and small scratches etc. So I (with help from Erik) busted ass this week and just finished it up this morning.
What do you think??
Brian did ya hit a deer when on the way to Elmer's place?
Can't believe that not a single person on this board has one of the new Dodge Power Wagon's. I tried hard to talk the wife into one of those last year, but no avail. Darn accountants they are so tight when it comes to money.

No Danny, I went to Elmer's to pick up the used box for the truck. It happened a couple days before that.
Did you call Elmer yet? If you go up there sometime let me know I'd like to ride up there with ya,if you'd pick me up along the way?
I tried calling the number you gave me, about 10 minutes after we talked. It wasn't his work # it was his home phone. His wife answered and said to try back between 6pm and 10 pm during the week. So I'm going to call again.

2010 is just a base model work truck with a v6 and the '70 was a factory 318, but replaced it with a 400.
I ordered this truck in November of 1997, and picked it up in January 1998. 360 engine, 5 speed trans, No A/C. Back then I never had working A/C in anything so I could not see spending the extra $800. Poor thing is almost worn out now with all of 36,000 miles on it. :smilielol:

Here's my '01 Dakota Quad Cab that I bought used in NC with 40,000 miles on it. Found out later those 40000 were put on hard. Found all kinds of scrapes and scratches even on the roof. Polished it up, but it still has sand all through the cab, in the carpet and seats. I'll never get it all out. It now has around 88K on the clock and no major troubles. However it has cost me quite a bit undoing stuff the last owner did to it. It's a 4.7/5-speed, 4WD, in Amberfire Metallic. Hopefully I'll be having some paint and body work done to fix a few small issues over the next week or so. Here it is right after I got back from activation in '03 at Jackie's old place.
The color is what sold me on it. Haven't seen but a handful of Quads in that color. I somehow managed to pick up a first and second place at Carlisle the two years I entered it. I haven't taken it back because it's starting to get a little rough around the edges. We'll see how it turns out this year. Hopefully I'll have the Scamp back together for next year. If not, I may take the truck instead.
I've had a few over the years... one of my favorites was a work truck I had, it was my daily driver for a half dozen years.... 440, 9.8:1, 2x4bbl, 727 and 4.10 rear...

Don't hate me cause I own a Ford... ::) OK I drive it in the winter to see the look of shock and horror on the faces of Ford lovers... And prius owners :D
Hey, that is a cool Ford. I like them too. :2thumbs:
+2 :D
I always liked the look of Ford's trucks. But I cant stand the suspension under them. Upper and lower ball joints with no grease fittings :P

Heres my recent purchase. Its a '90 D-150 ex-cab 5.9. It needs a paint job and 2 hubcaps, but other than that its a great truck.

hahaha nice ride!!! yea i miss it!! it was such a great truck!!! but gas was killing me!!! and it was just sitting there.... :rotz:
let someone else enjoy it...
I hear that, mine gets 11 ish on good days with the wind at my back...much better on the highway, but around town it just kills the MPGs with the 4.10s. I've taken real good care of this one, but the dash still cracked...mine over the glovebox as opposed to the cluster, guess that lessens the blow, a little. Still the 94-01s are my favorites, especially the Sports :icon_smile_cool:
