Title: 73 Rallye hood blackout.
Post by: 73rallye440magnum on March 18, 2007, 01:36:08 PM
Does anyone have a template for the blackout on the 73 rallye hoods, or know if one is available somewhere? I'd like to paint mine later this spring. Also, does anyone have the proper PPG numbers for the matte black? I see that Phoenix Graphics has a 73 hood decal, but is it proper? Thanks for any help.

73/74 black out is not a decal like earliers, is painted. I know somebody posted the blue prints measurements for 72s, so probably is the same measurement with just difference on lettering/emblem "cut out" on body color. Maybe you can use that decal and make the bulge sides cut outs.

They aparently sell only a solid black out without cutouts to 72s
