Per the article, he has been identified, caught, warned, fined, an appeal made to his mommy, and .... someday... when they get around to it, maybe a motion will be made at the next Hellcat Belltown Noise committee meeting to initiate a study after gathering some more noise monitoring readings and completing the 8th public opinion pole. That's the Seattle way of dealing with problems.
