Title: Electrical Upgrades
Post by: DBZ Charger on February 04, 2018, 05:50:15 PM
While looking over my 73 I noticed that the material that surrounds the circuit boards in the voltage regulator and the electronic ignition control module had started to breakdown & run down the firewall, almost made it to 50 years so I can't be too mad. I got to thinking I might want to spend some time & money on the electrical system so I don't end up having a uncontrolled thermal event at some point. I've seen different upgrades on posts and was hoping to consolidate them all on one post. Any kind of update that will work on a 73 Charger is appreciated, links or pictures of what you have done yourself with any info. Thanks in advance

I'm putting an American Autowire 22 circuit kit in my 69.   Very simple and a huge upgrade over factory style wiring.
