I have 4 of these, they were in the box with window regulators and parts for the doors.

Im not for sure either but mine are sitting on top of the inner quarter window on my charger on each side. I was gonna ask the same question soon.

They are what the rear seat side pads attach to

I was thinking that thats what they were there for is to hold the upper door pad
