Bulkhead has 3 ports
1. wiper motor
2. engine harness
3. forward light harness?

Is this correct?

But the forward light harness does not plug directly into the bulkhead does it? Looks like there is an intermediate harness that has a starter relay wire, then that 2' harness plugs into the forward lamp harness

Ohh never mind... I think my old one was just disconnected. Having trouble locating my new one.

they have a slot key in diff position so its imposible to cross and conect them to the incorrect port
