I know was available a hood light similar to the trunk light on old Mopars...

how is it ? where goes attached ? is possible to find it ?

You can buy nice aftermarket ones brand new. I know they're marketed for the Jeep Wranglers in the 4x4 catalogs. My '87 Lancer had one as did a couple of my Neons.
